Open Air with Alejandra

Where we grow in the open

Open Air with Alejandra is a video podcast for the woman who is always becoming. Each episode opens with a real experiment, a burning question, or a deep obsession the host is actively living and investigating, and then goes all the way in. From breaking down behavioral science books and applying their methods in real life, to exploring why women in their 30s run marathons, to dissecting pop culture figures who deserve more credit than they get, no topic is too unexpected to deserve a deep dive. Hosted by a bilingual Chicago-based recruiting operations leader by day and relentless rabbit hole seeker by night, Open Air is where science meets spirituality, wellness meets humor, and nothing is ever off the table.

About the Host

Alejandra Ayala is bilingual, Chicago-based, and endlessly curious. She brings a decade of recruiting operations leadership in tech alongside real radio roots as a producer and on-air talent at KBBF 89.1 FM. Always mid experiment. Always willing to go deeper. Full plate always.
